As Kepala Bidang Kependudukan, you will oversee the daily operations of the Kependudukan and Civil Registration Agency, ensuring accurate and efficient registration of births, marriages, and deaths. You will work closely with government agencies, community leaders, and stakeholders to implement and monitor population policies, and you will leverage data analytics tools like SIMK (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kependudukan) and SIP (Sistem Informasi Penduduk) to track and analyze demographic trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the team of Kependudukan and Civil Registration officers, ensuring compliance with national and provincial regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of population data collection and management.
• Conduct regular training and capacity-building programs for staff to enhance their skills in data management and public service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field.
