Business Analyst for HRIS System (Functional Consultant for Darwinbox)

As an expert in HRIS systems, specifically Darwinbox, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our HR processes are streamlined and efficient, leveraging your deep understanding of Darwinbox's capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions that enhance HR operations. You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Darwinbox. With your expertise in HRIS and your ability to communicate effectively, you will be instrumental in driving the transformation of our HR functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders and other departments.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for HR processes and Darwinbox functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Darwinbox features and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Darwinbox issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Darwinbox with other systems.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HRIS and Darwinbox.
• Report on project progress and deliverables to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in HRIS, preferably with Darwinbox.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HRIS or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
