📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems on site.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Train and mentor junior staff on safety protocols and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Work with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to manage project documentation.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction oversight.
• Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Experience in managing high-impact projects in Bali is a significant advantage.
