📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and onboard new customers, educating them on financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct financial literacy training sessions for customers and community members.
• Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates to the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in micro banking or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant financial software.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a clean criminal record.
