📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Language Arts, Sciences, and Social Studies.
• Plan and implement engaging and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your teaching.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the overall mission and vision of the school.
• Promote and uphold the values and principles of the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary or international school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum and its implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the school.
• Passion for international education and a commitment to providing a high-quality, inclusive learning experience for all students.
• Fluency in English, as it is the primary language of instruction at our school.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuala Kencana, Papua Tengah, and be available to work in a remote and challenging environment.
