📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Optimize the online store using tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless administrative processes, including data entry, document management, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive online sales and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
