- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Cardiology Business Unit, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive product development and market adoption of cardiac diagnostic and monitoring solutions.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align with corporate strategies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Represent the business unit in industry conferences and events to build brand awareness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business units with significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of cardiac diagnostic and monitoring technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
