As a Modern Trade Specialist at Rising Red Dragon Import Export Corp., you'll be at the heart of our trade operations, leveraging your expertise in modern trade practices to drive growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with our team of international suppliers, sourcing high-quality products that align with local market demands. Your daily tasks will include market research, supplier negotiations, and trade documentation, all while utilizing industry-standard tools like SAP and TradeIQ.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between international suppliers and local businesses, ensuring smooth and efficient trade operations.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and capitalize on emerging trade opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of trade documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Utilize trade management software such as SAP and TradeIQ to streamline trade processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in modern trade, international trade, or a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a good understanding of local languages in Bali.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with trade management software such as SAP, TradeIQ, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit and the ability to reside in Bali, Indonesia.
