🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in server and network administration.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Nagios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
