📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on site equipment and facilities.,Monitor and maintain safety standards and procedures on the job site.,Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct inspections and assessments of site conditions to identify potential issues.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities and maintenance work.,Assist in the development and implementation of site safety plans and procedures.,Train and supervise site personnel to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and maintaining site facilities.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
