📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Assess candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
