📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other marketing efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and projects.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase products/services and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
