📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and tracking.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.

Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.

Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for fleet operations.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
