📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Implement and optimize SAP ERP and other enterprise systems
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail or consumer products
• Proven experience with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems
