📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site engineering activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.,Develop and implement site engineering plans and procedures to optimize project performance.,Monitor and control project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines and cost constraints.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior site engineers and project teams.,Ensure all site activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Site Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and project management, preferably in the maritime or construction industry.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and strong leadership skills.,Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management software.,Strong understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
