📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
