📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in IT systems and software.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of IT security best practices.Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
