Investment & Capital Partnerships Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our capital strategy, working closely with our senior management team to secure and manage investments that will fuel our mission of restoring and protecting Indonesia's natural ecosystems.

As an Investment & Capital Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with investors, donors, and other stakeholders. You will develop and implement investment strategies that align with our company's goals, and you will manage the entire investment lifecycle, from initial contact to post-investment reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's sustainable development goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with investors, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the entire investment lifecycle, from initial contact to post-investment reporting.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, financial models, and reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of investments, providing regular updates to the senior management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainable investment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, capital raising, or a similar role in the sustainable development or environmental sectors.
• Strong understanding of sustainable investment principles and practices.
• Proficient in financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
• Certification in Sustainable Investment (CSI) or a similar qualification is a plus.
