Up Shine Group is looking for a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.,Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.,Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to management.,Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Provide training and support to sales team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of the medical field and pharmaceutical products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
