Toko Hana Auto Service is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Samarinda. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
