PT Surya Fajar is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and improving employee satisfaction
