📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Cardiology Business Unit, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive product development and market adoption of cardiac diagnostic and monitoring solutions.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align with corporate strategies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Represent the business unit in industry conferences and events to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading business units with significant revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of cardiac diagnostic and monitoring technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
