📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
