📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Enforce safety and security protocols to prevent accidents and breaches,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge,Manage and resolve employee issues and conflicts,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Report to the Supervisor on operational status and any issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong knowledge of safety and security protocols,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Experience with equipment maintenance and operation
