📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with the Account Executive to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and reports to clients.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
