📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, and work with the regional manager to achieve targets.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Lead and motivate the store team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other industry gatherings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with POS systems and other retail software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
