IRIS Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and career events.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
