📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage service, quality, and presentation.
- Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Clover or Square is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
