📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide academic support and guidance to students in need.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities to promote students' holistic development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment that fosters respect, diversity, and teamwork.
  • Attend to students' physical and mental health needs, including organizing health check-ups and providing first aid when necessary.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in using educational technology and software is a plus.
