📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.,Optimize system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Manage and configure user accounts and access permissions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.,Provide training and guidance to junior system administrators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.,Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
