Point Mart Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including alarms, break-ins, and medical emergencies.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Prepare and maintain detailed security reports and logs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Experience in managing and supervising security personnel.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
