📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics,Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management,Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products/services,Train and mentor junior sales team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
