📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.,Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, with a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and driving cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including requisition, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Understanding of local market dynamics and regulations is a plus.
