Optum is seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs to ensure they meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will work closely with HR, finance, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and administer comprehensive benefits packages that support employee well-being and engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement employee benefits programs that align with Optum's strategic goals and employee needs.,Manage the benefits budget and ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality benefits.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to design and administer benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.,Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits-related matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to ensure Optum remains competitive.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.,Proven track record of successfully managing benefits programs and budgets.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems is a plus.
