📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and analytics tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
