📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's overall goals.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the company has access to the resources it needs to operate effectively.,Identify and mitigate risks to the business, ensuring that operations are running as smoothly as possible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and project management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
