📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven track record of success in HR management.
