📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and adherence to company standards.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and ability to manage remote teams.
