As a Duty Engineer at The Stones Hotel, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all technical aspects of the resort run smoothly. Your daily tasks will include maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment, from HVAC to plumbing, electrical, and more. You'll work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and amenities are in top condition, providing a flawless experience for our discerning guests.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems throughout the resort.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify and address any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Provide technical support to housekeeping and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or a related field.
• Certification in hotel engineering or a relevant technical field is a plus.
• Proficient in using various technical tools and software, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Revit, and energy management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
