📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management division.,Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the success and growth of the division.,Manage a team of property managers and ensure they are effectively carrying out their responsibilities.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure the division is operating within budget and meeting financial goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure the continuous development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and overseeing operations.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to property management.
