Bright Central Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Deputy Bartender to join our team in Padang. As a Deputy Bartender, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Bartender in preparing and serving beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.,Ensure that the bar is well-stocked with the necessary ingredients and supplies.,Serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and equipment.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Promote and upsell our bar's products and services to customers.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen and bar areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
