📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of events, including setting up and decorating the venue.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are executed according to plan.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event.,Manage and supervise the event staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of the event venue after the event has concluded.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during the event.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the event management industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the event industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
