📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Manage staff schedules, including shifts and breaks, to optimize workforce efficiency.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the department.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
